Trainings and Workshops

I have been doing some form of teaching for as long as I can remember - that has been the underlying thread in all aspects of my life and career. I started my formal teaching career in a rural Japanese school in the city of Kawachinagano. From there I pivoted into a kindergarten teaching role in Osaka, Japan. After returning to the US to continue my education, I began teaching in higher education and supervising mental health professionals training for licensure.

The thing I enjoy most about trainings and workshops is meeting my students and experiencing the material together. I believe we learn best when we are in collaboration and when we can form connections throughout the learning process.
