My Story
I remember when I was 14 buying my first deck of tarot cards at the bookstore in the mall - I rushed to the back of the store and quickly purchased the Rider-Waite-Smith deck before my mom came to find me. I was exploring all aspects of spirituality at the time, and there was something about tarot and the greater connection to energy and intuition that spoke to me even though it still felt taboo for the small town I grew up in.
After shuffling that deck for the first time, I thought the power I was feeling was from the cards or some greater being in the universe. I came to realize that yes, the universe is way more powerful than I'll ever know and I do believe in spirit guides and guardian angels, but what I was ultimately feeling was coming from me the entire time; I was channeling my own intuition and truth that was squashed for so long.
Over the years, I have not stopped collecting tarot decks, and I always feel a greater sense of connection to my own spirit and intuition when I am shuffling and pulling cards; there is something meditative and grounding to seeing what my inner self is trying to tell me through the messages in the cards.
One of the greatest gifts I have experienced is a deeper connection to my own spirit and intuition, and this connection has helped me in all aspects of my life. Now, I hope to be able to help you find the same.
My Coaching Style
I offer a non-judgmental, collaborative life coaching approach to help you realize and achieve your goals. I like to start each session with a moment of mindfulness to make sure we are both available and present, physically, emotionally, spiritually. Then, we can spend the time focusing on whatever you think will be the most helpful. I can pull some cards or we can just chat, while always listening in to the messages and sensations happening within you from your intuition.
My goal is to help you connect deeper with your own gifts through this process. I want to help you remember that you have the answers you're searching for, they might just be hidden by all of the muck the day-to-day world can bring.
